I recently conducted business with Jeff. I saw a Subaru Forrester that I was interested in. Enjoyed the car, but told Jeff we were leaving on a vacation and would have to wait till we got back. Jeff said he would hold it for me with a $500 deposit (which was TOTALLY refundable). He did not have to do that. During that vacation he received 3 offers on the car but he honored our agreement .He also made a very fair offer on my trade-in. I was looking for a used car for my daughter who was going off to college this fall. Jeff and his son had a nice selection of cars to choose from but none quite met my needs. Jeff knew what I was looking for and searched for the perfect car for my daughter and found it. Many dealers would have lost interest in helping me after my initial visit when I didn’t make a purchase but they were more interested in helping me than the actual sale.

This was my first experience with a used car company, versus independent seller or used car off a dealer lot. As soon as I called about the Ford Flex I was interested in I was pleasantly surprised. Jeff Senior picked up and seemed genuinely interested in speaking with a customer. I told him I what I was looking for and he introduced himself asked my name and on hearing it declared it was his grand-daughters name and that she and her daddy were riding around in the vehicle I was interested in. I knew it would be safe to buy from Jeff Benson Car Co. even though my husband was skeptical. I waited a few days to look at one more because I had really wanted a Toyota Highlander for traction and reliability. When I called back to say I would take the Flex, they worked with me and got me on the road in one day. I love my used 2011 Flex and so do my kids. I feel safe, warm and relieved to be driving a car I know will start every morning and get me to my destination safely. It's been one month since I purchased and the first thing I did was drive it 1200 miles to my family home for Thanksgiving, it performed beautifully. A low mileage 2001 Buick Regal for sale on Ebay caught my eye so I investigated this vehicle. It was on Jeff Benson’s car lot in Wayne Michigan and I live in Idaho, making a test drive out of the question. There were several pictures to view and information on a vehicle inspection report. I took a chance and bought the car on Ebay with a little apprehension and was very happily surprised when I finally took possession of the car (I had it shipped to Idaho).
